A safer technical report

Useful context, without your kitchen contents

Report a problem prepares an email in your mail app. You can inspect, edit or cancel it before anything is sent.

The prepared report may include

  • App version and build number
  • Platform, device model and operating-system version
  • App language, theme and the screen where the report was opened

It does not add automatically

  • Pantry contents, shopping lists, own recipes or cooking history
  • Photographs, receipt text or AI-scan results
  • Passwords, payment details or app identifiers

Common questions

01How do I add groceries?

Open Kitchen and choose manual entry. The catalogue works without AI. Photo and receipt scanning are optional Fready PRO features and send an image only after you explicitly consent.

02Can I use Fready without AI?

Yes. Manual entry and the ordinary kitchen and recipe features do not require AI scanning.

03How do I remove my data?

Open Profile โ†’ Help & data โ†’ Reset app data. If community ratings exist, Fready first verifies their server deletion before completing the local reset.

04How does Fready PRO work?

Fready offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial when the App Store shows the offer; the selected plan starts afterward unless cancelled before the trial ends. PRO includes AI photo and receipt recognition, weekly planning, protein/fat/carbohydrate estimates and kitchen reports. Core kitchen, expiry, shopping, recipe, cooking and calorie features remain available without PRO. Prices, eligibility and billing details are shown by the App Store before purchase, and purchases can be restored in the app.

05Which languages does Support use?

You can write in English, Ukrainian or Russian. Support can reply only in those three languages.
