Operator and agreement
Fready is operated by HREBELNYK KYRYLO in Ukraine. By using Fready, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Fready provides
Fready helps organize groceries, expiry dates, shopping and recipes. Features may change as the product improves, and some capabilities may be unavailable depending on device, region, internet connection or production configuration.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing quantities, expiry dates, recognized products, recipe suitability and cooking decisions. Do not rely on Fready as the sole source for allergy, medical, food-storage or food-safety decisions.
AI recognition
AI recognition can be incomplete or wrong. Always review results before saving or acting on them. Manual product entry works without AI. Images must not contain unlawful material or information you are not authorized to process.
Your content and app data
You remain responsible for information and photographs you add. You give Fready only the limited permission needed to process a selected image when you explicitly request an AI feature. Local data may be lost if the app, browser storage or device is removed, reset or damaged, so use the export feature for information you need to preserve.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are not currently offered. Before they become available, Fready will publish the billing period, price, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, purchase restoration, any trial conditions, refund information and the effect of losing an entitlement. Purchases on Apple platforms will be processed under the applicable App Store terms.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse scanning or ratings endpoints, upload malicious content, or use Fready in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability and liability
Fready is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from inaccurate user-entered information, AI output, recipe decisions, device failure or unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer in your place of residence.
